No greater gift

Merry Christmas to everyone in blogger-world. This morning we continued a tradition that began over 2000 years ago. We gave gifts to each other.

After an incredible evening at Grace with 3 services, and many people receiving Jesus as Lord and Savior, we were pretty amped up as a family. One of my staff guys said this in a text last evening, "wow what a Christmas present for those new followers!"

We then headed to Mishawaka for our annual Christmas Eve supper at IHOP. While there we decided to go to Granger Community to watch the 11PM Christmas Carol production. It was outstanding. So we actually brought Christmas in while sitting in a church. Nothing like 4 services in one evening.

Our Father God began the whole gift giving tradition with Jesus. So this morning we did the same, and I enjoyed every second of it. You are more blessed to give than to receive. Thanks God for giving us the greatest gift ever!

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
