As a kid I would sing a chorus that went something like this... I have joy, joy, joy, joy, down in my heart, WHERE?... down in my heart, WHERE?, down in my heart... You get the picture...A smile can be a by-product of that joy. Instead of keeping it trapped inside let it out! Nothing is more inviting than a smile. Anne's smile is contagious and lights up a room.(The picture above came today as a mailing from Grace College, and it lit me up) 
Yet, our lives are remiss of smiles. Take time today and smile to everyone you see and watch what happens.
