So this is the corner of my literal mancave... My gun case is full. I am itching for opening day of shotgun deer season. This time of year always is so sentimental for me, as I recall the early mornings with my step-father. We would begin to get excited for opening morning.
I also enjoyed the time alone with my dad, as we just talked man stuff. I learned so much from my dad during those years and today I am reflecting back with warm memories. He passed on so many valuable things to me as we rose early and headed to the mountains.
So, I just want to say thanks to him right now, for investing in me, and giving me such good memories that I get to pass on to my boys! Isaiah and I can hardly wait for opening morning.
