Every year our mailbox gets loaded with Christmas cards from friends, relatives, and family. I love looking through the mail and reading the cards and Christmas letters.
A few years back we decided to pray for every family that sends us cards. So each evening at the dinner table after we have finished eating ,we grab a handful of cards and each Brown prays for a few families. It's our way of saying thanks.
We always pray a blessing on each family and if something specific comes to mind we pray that too. I enjoy this time together as it reminds us of all the people God has blessed our lives with.
Tonight we prayed for Waggoners, Sanborns, Lichat, Machucas, Sharkeys, Raslers, Sharps, Pumphreys and more! May God bless your socks off!
