Lead Husbands Lead

Today we began a new marriage sermon series 4Keeps. I challenged husbands to lead the way the Bible instructs us. The message had moments of laughter, times of seriousness and some pin drop moments.

I tried to drive home the point that God says that the husband is the head of the marriage. Yet truth be known, many husbands have dropped the ball and their head is somewhere else. To demonstrate this I yanked the head off of Ken and held the dolls together.

We are called to lead, but many men's heads are elsewhere and the marriage is suffering. I also said that the man needs to get his head out of his butt as I held the now loose head there.

My desire is to see men lead well in their marriages. I have a burning passion to see men lead well. So I ask you today men does the above picture look familiar to your wife?
