Our tough mudder event is only 4 weeks away. Our staff has been training for 3 months getting prepared for this great challenge, 12 mile run 24 British Special Force Obstacles.
It has brought great camaraderie among the staff and we have been pushing each other so that we are not "that guy." One of my personal goals is to make it completely across this monkey bar obstacle. Not only is it in the middle of the event but many of the bars will be greased.
I have been working hard to develop a lifting routine that increases my muscle strength in my arms and shoulders. All that to say this, I do not want to be like the guy in the middle of this picture in the water, I will conquer the monkey bars!
