Caught

This little guy just couldn't resist the bait. He saw a t-bone dangling on the hook and he wanted it badly. The crazy part is that he had to really work hard at taking the bait. The hook was too big for him and the worm was more than he was ready for, yet he went for it... hook , line, and sinker.

It got me thinking about what it takes to catch a fish. You got to go to the pond where they hang out, you must carry a tackle box full of supplies, you need some Walt Crawlers as bait, and you must cast your line! Isn't that true for fishing for men? We must go where the fish are biting, carry the tackle box, dangle the bait in front of them and drop a line of conversation to pull them in.
This pond was empty of fishermen when we got there, but it was full of fish waiting patiently for the next fishermen to cast his line. I wonder how many ponds of fish we will drive by tonight without fishermen?

We even had some fish jumping in the pond, showing off, trying to get our attention. Clean off the cobwebs in your tackle box and do some fishing. There are people everywhere who need to be caught! When was the last time you caught one? The greatest evidence of a passionate follower of Christ is a stringer full of fish!
