eight years later

It's not often you get to go back to the very spot you were 8 years ago. We did this last week at Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. You see eight years ago when Isaiah was just 2 years old, we let him run through this water area. I will never forget that night as he ran freely without a worry in the world. He was soaking wet down to his pull-ups. It was awesome to watch. and we enjoyed it through him

So eight years later we snapped this photo of him at the very same spot. Those very same thoughts came flooding through my mind as he stood there. I want him to run freely in life, not entangled in sin, nor with any weights holding hm down. I want him to live life with passion, risk, and a since of adventure. The World is his for the taking!

The grin on his face is the same and so is the little boy inside of him. Go live Isaiah and change the world for Jesus, and don't let any coach, teacher, person tell you that you don't have what it takes! I can't wait to see what God does with you in the next eight years. I am proud of you buddy!

How about you are you in the same place you were 8 years ago or are you running the race with new fervor, passion, and zeal for Jesus? Go Run Freely with Jesus!
