Okay, People often comment when they come to GRACE, why do you have so many pastors on stage during announcements.

We actually do this on Purpose. We want people to see us interact, connect, laugh, pick on each other and be real. We want others to know that we are a team and that we really like each other. We want first-time people to meet the pastoral team in a fun way.

We use this time to cast vision, share what is close to our hearts and to demonstrate chemistry.

I think we might be the only church that I have ever visited that does this. Some Sunday's are better then others, but each time we step out together it gives the people another chance to get to know their leaders.

By the way, We really do have great chemistry and I feel like it is the best team that I have ever seen in the local church. A shout out to Jeremiah, Rich, Jon, Jeremy and Mitch!
