Passing it down

Yesterday afternoon Josh spent time with Isaiah on the hoops court, at our house. Isaiah has a daily chart of basketball skills he works on. While I was mowing I caught the two of them taking a break, as Josh was pouring into his little brother.

I love moments like these, when big brother passes his insight on to little brother. Times like these will soon be less frequent, as Josh heads off to college. But it sure moves me to think of how good it is, for Isaiah to have a big brother like Josh, investing in him.
