Every once in a while you get to see this kind of effort. When you see it something stirs inside of you that has laid doormat for a while. You realize that maybe you have more to give.
This is the time of year that we wish we would have done ..... in the winter months.
So I challenge you today to pull out all your goals you set in January and get back in the game. Go for a run, walk a few miles, bike a scenic route and go all in!
